1. ROUND TABLE ON SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

ESTABLISHED: June 1992

MISSION: The initial organization, a Business and Industry Round Table, is being expanded to several Round Tables on Sustainable Development. Each will focus on a key sector of the Northwest Frontier Province and will include representatives from government and other stakeholders. The mission of the Round Tables is to guide the development and implementation of a provincial conservation strategy as a measure of the implementation of the Pakistan National Conservation Strategy (NCS) in the province.
