ESTABLISHED: 13 September 1994
MISSION: To integrate the concept of sustainable development in the political, economic and ecological decisions of National Policies as established in the Rio Agreements, especially in Chapter 38 of Agenda 21, and in the resolutions taken by the Central-American Presidents during a regional meeting held in Guacimo, Costa Rica.
