ESTABLISHED: 3 June 1993

MISSION: The Commission coordinates and promotes the activities of various sectors of society regarding implementation of sustainable development in accordance with the decisions of UNCED. It also gives advice on Finland's international cooperation towards sustainable development, in particular within the UN and CSD.
