Downloading CyBib v1.0 for IBM-Compatibles

CyBib v1.0 is available in three reference styles. Check the bibliographic software that you intend to use to view the database for the styles that can be imported easily. The database itself was compressed with WinZip. All of the files are Text Only. These files were prepared on a Macintosh running SoftWindows (essentially Windows 3.1). I hope that my IBM friends have no problems downloading these.

The text only bibliography in the Refer/BibIX format has references that are tagged with the standard UNIX format. A list of the tags used is available. After expansion of the compressed download, the references in the plain text file are easily imported into some (most?) commercial bibliographic database programs. I have not been able to test these with an IBM-compatible. Reference Manager is available in both Mac and PC versions. I had no problems importing this format into Reference Manager v2.0.7 for the Mac.

The bibliography is available in Pro-Cite format as tab-delineated text and may be a better format for importing into some commercial bibliographic database programs. This is a text only export from EndNotePlus v2.1. A description of the Pro-Cite format is available.

The bibliography is available as untagged text in CBE style N-Y. This selection does not have keywords. This is a text only export from EndNote Plus v2.1.
